Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
