Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
