Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
