Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
