Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
