Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
