Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
