The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By the fig and the olive! 1 By Mount Sinai, 2 and by this secure land, 3 Verily, We created man of the best stature (mould), 4 then We cast him down as the lowest of the low, 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 What henceforth shall make thee belie the Requital? 7 Is Allah not the Most Just of judges! 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
