The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
