The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
