The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
