The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
