The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
