The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
