The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the racers, panting, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
