The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the chargers panting, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
