The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
