The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
