The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
