The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
