The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
