The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
The terrible calamity! 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
