Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Gross rivalry diverts you, 1 Until ye come to the graves. 2 But no, indeed, you shall soon know. 3 Then no! You are going to know. 4 Nay, would that ye knew (now) with a sure knowledge! 5 that you shall surely see Hell? 6 Again, you shall surely see it with the eye of certainty 7 Then, on that day, you will surely be questioned regarding the favours. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
