The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Woe to every backbiter, slanderer 1 Who accumulated wealth and hoarded it, counting. 2 Does he think that his wealth will prolong his stay on earth forever? 3 By no means. He will be thrown into Hutama. 4 How will you comprehend what Hutama is? 5 It is the fire kindled by God 6 Which penetrates the hearts 7 it closes in on them from every side 8 In extended columns. 9

God the Almighty always says the truth.
