The Elephant (Al-Feel)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Have you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka'bah at Makkah]. 1 Did He not make their guile to go astray? 2 And send against them swarms of flying creatures, 3 which smote them with stones of baked clay, 4 And He made them like eaten straw. 5
