Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
