Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
