Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
