Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7
True are the words of God the Almighty.
