Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish. 1 His wealth did not benefit him in the least, nor did whatever he earned. 2 Surely, he will be cast into a Flaming Fire 3 And his wife also: the firewood carrier; 4 Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
