Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak 1 From the mischief of created things; 2 And the evil of evening darkness when it overspreads, 3 from the evil of those who practice witchcraft 4 from the evil of an envier when he envies.' 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
