The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
