People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of people, 1 the King of men, 2 the God of people, 3 From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),- 4 Who whispereth unto the breasts of mankind, 5 Whether of jinn or of mankind. 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
