O Descendants of Israel (Jacob)! Remember My favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfil your covenant towards Me, I shall fulfil My covenant towards you; and fear Me alone. 40 And believe in what I have sent down which verifies what is already with you; and do not be the first to deny it, nor part with it for little gain; and beware of Me. 41 And confound not the truth with falsehood, nor hide the truth while ye know. 42 and be constant in prayer, and spend in charity, and bow down in prayer with all who thus bow down. 43 ۞ How is it that you enjoin others to follow the Right Way, but forget it yourselves, though you read the Scriptures? Have you no sense at all? 44 Find strength in fortitude and prayer, which is heavy and exacting but for those who are humble and meek, 45 who realize that ultimately they shall meet their Lord and shall return to Him. 46
