Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember the favours I have bestowed upon you, and fulfil the covenant that you made with Me. I shall fulfil the covenant I made with you. Fear Me alone. 40 And believe in that I have sent down, confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And sell not My signs for a little price; and fear you Me. 41 And do not confound the truth with vanity, and do not conceal the truth wittingly. 42 Attend to your prayers, give the zakat [prescribed alms] and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Do ye enjoin right conduct on the people, and forget (To practise it) yourselves, and yet ye study the Scripture? Will ye not understand? 44 Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded, 45 who reckon that they will meet their Lord and that to Him they will return. 46
