Children of Israel! remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil My covenant, and I shall fulfil your covenant, and Me alone shall ye dread. 40 And believe in what I have revealed, verifying that which is with you, and be not the first to deny it, neither take a mean price in exchange for My communications; and Me, Me alone should you fear. 41 And do not confound the truth with vanity, and do not conceal the truth wittingly. 42 And establish prayer, and give the poor-rate, and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Will you bid others to piety, and forget yourselves while you recite the Book? Do you not understand? 44 Nay, seek (Allah's) help with patient perseverance and prayer: It is indeed hard, except to those who bring a lowly spirit,- 45 (They are those) who are certain that they are going to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are going to return. 46
