The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 The Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace, 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Show us the straight way, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
