O ye who believe! Obey Allah and His Messenger, and turn not away from him when ye hear (him speak). 20 And do not be like those who say: "We have heard," but do not hear. 21 ۞ Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason. 22 And if Allah had known any good in them He would have made them hear, and if He makes them hear they would turn back while they withdraw. 23 Believers, obey God and the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. Know that God stands between man and his heart, and you shall all be gathered in His presence. 24 And be cautious against a sedition that will not smite the harmdoers alone. Know that the punishment of Allah is Stern. 25 And recall when you were few in numbers and deemed weak in the land, fearful lest people do away with you. Then He provided you refuge, strengthened you with His help, and provided you sustenance with good things that you may be grateful. 26 O you who believe! be not unfaithful to Allah and the Apostle, nor be unfaithful to your trusts while you know. 27 And know that your wealth and your children are a test, and that with Allah is an immense reward. 28
