We settled the Children of Israel in a beautiful dwelling-place, and provided for them sustenance of the best: it was after knowledge had been granted to them, that they fell into schisms. Verily Allah will judge between them as to the schisms amongst them, on the Day of Judgment. 93 So if you (O Muhammad SAW) are in doubt concerning that which We have revealed unto you, [i.e. that your name is written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] then ask those who are reading the Book [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before you. Verily, the truth has come to you from your Lord. So be not of those who doubt (it). 94 And never be of those who denied the signs of Allah, for you will then be of the losers. 95 Verily those on whom the word of thy Lord hath been justified shall not believe. 96 Even if every sign comes to them, until they witness the painful punishment. 97 Did it ever happen that the people of a town believed on seeing God's chastisement and its believing profited them? (There is no such instance) except of the people of Yunus. When they believed We granted them reprieve from humiliating chastisement in this world, and We let them enjoy themselves for a while. 98 Had your Lord so willed, all those who are on the earth would have believed. Will you, then, force people into believing? 99 It is not for any soul to believe save by the leave of God; and He lays abomination upon those who have no understanding. 100 Say: 'Behold what is in the heavens and in the earth!' But neither signs nor warnings avail a people who do not believe. 101 So do they wait except for like [what occurred in] the days of those who passed on before them? Say, "Then wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait." 102 Thus do We deliver our apostles and those who believe. As a matter of duty We save the believers. 103
