In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Alif Lam Mim. 1 This is The Book free of doubt and involution, a guidance for those who preserve themselves from evil and follow the straight path, 2 Who believe in the unseen and establish the (daily) prayer; who spend out of what We have provided them. 3 And who believe in that which hath been sent down unto thee and that which hath been sent down before thee and of the Hereafter they are convinced. 4 Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful. 5 As for those who deny, it is all the same if you warn them or not, they will not believe. 6 Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing and there is a covering over their eyes, and there is a great punishment for them. 7
