Surely We created man of a clay of mud moulded, 26 And the jinn, We created aforetime from the smokeless flame of fire. 27 And (remember) when thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am creating a mortal out of potter's clay of black mud altered, 28 When I have shaped him and ran My created soul in him fall down prostrating towards him'. 29 All the angels prostrated themselves, 30 Except Iblis (Satan); he refused to be among those who prostrated. 31 Said He, 'What ails thee, Iblis, that thou art not among those bowing?' 32 "How could I bow," said he, "before a mortal whom You created from fermented clay dried tingling hard?" 33 [Allah] said, "Then get out of it, for indeed, you are expelled. 34 And verily on thee shall be the curse till the Day of Requital. 35 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 36 Said Allah, “You are of those given respite.” 37 "Till the Day of the Time appointed." 38 He said, “My Lord! I swear by the fact that You sent me astray, I shall distract them in the earth, and I shall lead all of them astray.” 39 Except the chosen ones among Your creatures." 40 Allah said: "Here is the path that leads straight to Me. 41 Surely, as regards My servants, you have no authority, over them except those who follow you of the deviators. 42 Surely, Hell is the place to which they are destined, 43 It has seven gates; for every gate is of them a portion designated." 44
