The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 "(It will be said to them): 'Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.' 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
