The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 and they will be told to enter there in peace and safety. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 Except his wife." Allah decreed that she is of those who remain behind. 60
