Al-Isra 8 of 12
On the day when We shall summon every group along with its leader; so whoever is given his register in his right hand – these will read their accounts and their rights will not be suppressed even a thread. (* They will be given the full reward.) 71 Whoever is blind* in this life will be blind in the Hereafter, and even more astray. (* To the truth – disbelieving.) 72 Indeed they were near to seducing thee from that We revealed to thee, that thou mightest forge against Us another, and then they would surely have taken thee as a friend; 73 and had We not confirmed thee, surely thou wert near to inclining unto them a very little; 74 Then [if you had], We would have made you taste double [punishment in] life and double [after] death. Then you would not find for yourself against Us a helper. 75 They very nearly provoked you to drive you out of the land, but they would have only lingered for a little while after you. 76 Such was Our way with the messengers We sent before you, and you will find no change in Our ways. 77
