And recall what time Musa said unto his page: I shall not cease until I reach the confluence of the two seas, or I shall go on for ages. 60 But when they came to the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, which made its way burrowing into the sea. 61 And when they had gone further, he said to his assisting youth; 'Bring us our breakfast; we are worn out from our journey' 62 He replied: 'What do you think, I forgot the fish when we were resting on the rock. None but satan made me forget to mention this; it made its way into the sea in a marvelous fashion' 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 And how shouldst thou bear patiently that thou hast never encompassed in thy knowledge?' 68 Moses said, "If God wishes, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey any of your orders." 69 Said he, 'Then if thou followest me, question me not on anything until I myself introduce the mention of it to thee.' 70
