The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

By the snorting courses, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
