Al-Kahf 9 of 12

AND LO! [In the course of his wanderings,] Moses said to his servant: "I shall not give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I [have to] spend untold years [in my quest]!" 60 But when they reached the junction between the two [seas,] they forgot all about their fish, and it took its way into the sea and disappeared from sight. 61 And when the twain had passed by, he said unto his page: bring us our morning-meal, assuredly we have met from this journey of ours, toil 62 He said: Did you see when we took refuge on the rock then I forgot the fish, and nothing made me forget to speak of it but the Shaitan, and it took its way into the river; what a wonder! 63 He said: This is what we sought for; so they returned retracing their footsteps. 64 Then they found one of Our servants unto whom We had given mercy from Us, and We had taught him knowledge proceeding from Us. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 And how shouldst thou bear patiently that thou hast never encompassed in thy knowledge?' 68 Moses said, "God willing, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He said, “Therefore if you stay with me, do not ask me about anything until I myself mention it to you.” 70
