And recall what time Musa said unto his page: I shall not cease until I reach the confluence of the two seas, or I shall go on for ages. 60 But when they reached the point where the two rivers meet, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, as if through a tunnel. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 Moses said, "That is exactly what we are seeking. They followed their own foot prints back (to the rock)." 64 Then the twain found a bondman from Our bondmen, him We had vouchsafed a mercy from before Us, and him We had taught from Our presence a knowledge. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 [The other] answered: "Behold, thou wilt never be able to have patience with me 67 "How can you bear that which is beyond your comprehension?" 68 Said Moosa, “Allah willing, you will soon find me patient and I will not do anything against your instructions.” 69 The other said: "If then thou wouldst follow me, ask me no questions about anything until I myself speak to thee concerning it." 70
