Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
