Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
